Main activities
In order to expand and strengthen the structure, we are seeking a Legal Counsel who will handle all legal aspects related to contractual negotiations with customers, suppliers and partners, including the development of models and policies, as well as the structuring, drafting and negotiation of a wide range of agreements for services, supplies, licenses, etc.
Among the main activities:
- Provide legal and strategic advice;
- Participate in and assist in drafting and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, consultants, and partners, including, but not limited to, supply contracts, procurement contracts (for work and services), confidentiality agreements, agency agreements, distribution agreements, and other commercial agreements;
- Review contracts, policies, and other legal documents of clients and other third parties, ensuring compliance with internal policies;
- Support corporate functions in managing complaints and disputes;
- Manage relationships with external counsel to ensure that all external legal advice is provided consistently and effectively;
- Support the HR, Marketing, and R&D departments in employment law, development, and intellectual property matters, liaising with external consultants;
- Support the company secretariat in drafting and maintaining company books;
- Support the Sales and Marketing department in managing the brand portfolio.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Degree in Law;
- 5/6 years of experience in structured companies and/or in leading law firms;
- Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts;
- Good knowledge of GDPR;
- Excellent knowledge of business and corporate regulations;
- Excellent English;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility, resilience and adaptability.
Preferential/Nice to have
- A background that combines experience in law firms and business will be preferable;
- Experience in international contexts and listed companies is an advantage.
