Area Manager North East

• Manages the Area Operational Coordination figures;
• Develops the budgets for the individual zones together with the CEO, the Sales and Marketing Manager and in conjunction with the Area Operations Coordinators;
• It guarantees the economic result and profitability of the Area ;
• Ensures compliance with the formulated budgets over time, promoting initiatives aimed at aligning negative deviations;
• Ensures the selection, training, motivation and management of the staff in charge ;
• Manages all activities related to contract changes ;
• It manages, develops and enhances the Human Resources of the Branches , in order to get the best from each employee and contribute to a corporate climate based on respect for company values;
• Ensures the commercial management of customers in their geographical reference area , through portfolio monitoring, reporting new customers, debt collection and expansion of the services provided as well as defining pricing and margins, coordinating with the Sales Manager.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in Labor Consultant, Economics, Labor Psychology and/or similar training course;
• Given the strong HR management component envisaged in the role, experience in the Human Resources Management sector is highly appreciated, preferably with experience gained in the Facility and/or Large-Scale Retail sector;
• Consolidated experience in industrial relations , personnel administration and labour cost assessment, disciplinary proceedings and contractual matters;
• Availability to travel to company offices in the reference area and/or to construction sites/customers in the area;
• Interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, personal integrity, and organizational skills complete the profile.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience gained in contexts operating in the integrated security services sector;
• Familiarity with the management of contracts and contractual subrogations;
• Economic sensitivity and analytical skills;

• Full-time schedule with flexible entry and exit times;

• Company car for mixed use.

• Permanent employment;
• Indicative RAL around €55/70,000;
• A performance-related MBO may be envisaged.
