Consultant Asset Advisory & Valuations

• Manages and maintains relationships with customers to understand and manage their needs: from requests for quotes to the presentation of technical reports
• Conducts valuations of industrial assets - plants, machinery, equipment, production lines - for client companies in various sectors
• Conducts inspections at production plants, draws up technical analyses, uses evaluation methods and calculation models

Fundamentals/Must have

• Previous experience in technical roles consistent with the position sought, gained in consulting firms or companies
• Skills in the evaluation of industrial assets related to investments in infrastructure, in the maintenance and/or technical/commercial fields
• Technical Degree / Technical Diploma
• Availability to make short trips within the national territory and abroad to the sites of client companies for inspections

Preferential/Nice to have

• Expertise in the valuation of industrial assets related to infrastructure investments
• Familiarity with regulations and laws relevant to the industrial machinery industry, including safety requirements and compliance standards
• Knowledge of English and/or German
