Main activities
- Collect and analyze real estate market data (price trends, rental/purchase requests, competitors, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor the progress of real estate valuation and/or due diligence projects
- Analyze a property's compliance with urban planning, tax, and legal regulations.
- Update and maintain real estate databases and property-related documentation
- Work closely with other members of the consulting team to support the delivery of strategic projects for clients.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Recent graduate in BUILDING MANAGEMENT
- IT skills in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of the English language
Preferential/Nice to have
- Possible brief professional experience
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills and organizational skills complete the profile
